The Scholarship Program is administered by Twin Oaks Real Estate
and will be awarded to 20 scholarship applicants.
( 10 seats to a Broker License Course and 10 seats to a Real Estate Salesperson Course)
Applicants who are awarded a scholarship will receive:

Provided by the leading real estate education provider in California
Complete the state-required courses in as little as 4-6 weeks
Our ideal applicant is someone who is:
Committed to completing the program within 6 months
Self-motivated and focused on both their short and long term goals

The Real Estate Scholarship is non-competitive in nature.
To receive an award, applicants need to meet the eligibility requirements and complete an application.
All winners will be announced on 11/4/24.
