Born and raised in the SF East Bay Area, Kathryn graduated with a BS degree in Animal Science and Management, with an emphasis on Equine Science, from UC Davis, as a Regents Scholar and Honors Student. After graduation, she moved back to the Bay, where she has stayed ever since.

Kathryn’s background includes appraising properties, training horses, working with special needs children, and even answering 911! She is a calm, resourceful, effective problem solver, and will be a patient and understanding resource for you all along the way.
